Rebecca P. Bennett is an experienced attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal matters with compassion and personalized guidance. A graduate of Washburn University School of Law, Rebecca served as an Associate Notes Editor for the Washburn Law Journal before beginning her legal career.

Prior to joining Dale E. Bennett Law Office, Rebecca gained valuable experience in private practice handling personal injury matters, served as legal counsel for a financial institution, and worked as an attorney for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Today, she represents clients in personal injury, workers' compensation, Social Security Disability, aviation crash litigation, and Veterans' disability claims, bringing decades of legal experience and a client-focused approach to every case.
